After a successful debut in 2023, Saray returns in 2025 with renewed energy and vision!
The Saray program is designed to upskill CaLD artists and foster strategic career pathways through intensive engagement, mentoring, and networking with leading industry professionals. For many local CaLD creatives, opportunities like these remain rare, making Saray a truly innovative and transformative platform.
Through this initiative, Nautanki Theatre aims to champion the creation of new and diverse works, spark fresh collaborations, and expand networks and partnerships across the sector.
In 2025–26, Saray will support five South Asian CaLD creatives from Parramatta and Western Sydney, offering a tailored skill-development program that not only strengthens their artistic practice but also builds their leadership capacity, ensuring they are equipped to thrive as the next generation of creative leaders.
